CIO roles and responsibilities are as follows:
- Perak Mufti Department assist in performing tasks - tasks that involve ICT security;
- Determining ICT security requirements;
- Coordinate and manage the training plan and security awareness programs such as the provision of ICT security policy and risk management and auditing;
- Responsible for matters relating to ICT security Perak Mufti Department.
